Allah is Responsible

Allah is Responsible

On Sunday, May 9, 2010, five young persons (four men and one women) among the best in the land of Iran were hanged. Their crime was Moharbah or war with Allah. It is undeniable fact that Allah himself had condemned them to death. Those who deny this are either blind or ignorant. The executions that take place under the Islamic rule reflects the fact that the Allah's religion is the doctrine of power, violence, and retribution. That Allah is an avenger. He does not forgive. He always seek revenge from those who fail to submit to his will. Is it possible to present any other evidence other than these executions as to the violent nature of Allah?

The fact is that under the Islamic rule no one is responsible for these executions. I t is not clear how the crime of the condemned has been established, and in what court they have been tried. This is not a significant matter because in the Islamic republic of Iran the police (pasdar), prosecutors, interrogators, and the judge are only responsible to Allah. When officials hang the Moharabs, they do so in defense of the rights of Allah, not in defense of the rights of people or nation. They, in fact betrayed the nation in order to serve Allah. Therefore, the noose that would squeeze the neck of the accused is made up of canonic laws of Islamic sharia. This means from very outset, that is from the moment of the arrest of the accused, formation of dossier, interrogation, and torture, Allah is present. Because it is in the name of Allah compassionate and merciful, that the beating takes place and that lashes would lacerate the body of Moharab or accused of crime against Allah. The interrogator feels that with every lash to the body of maharab, he would get one step closer to the gate of haven. It is for this reason that he would beat and flogs ever more harder and without mercy. If the prophet Mohammad himself beheaded the 700 Jews as Moharab at once, certainly there would not be nothing wrong with torture and executions.

The analysts and observers of Iran situations have correctly called the executions of 5 Kurds in May 9, 210, political because they are aimed at maintaining the power. In the eve of the anniversary of the green movement, the regime sees it all the more necessary to create terror and fear demonstrating no regards whatsoever for human rights. The regime kills in order to silent the people as the theocratic state has done in the last 30 years. The truth, however, is that if under the previous regime the blood of the dissidents must have been shed to maintain the thrown, today the same thing has to be done to uphold the pulpit of the Velayet or clerical rule.

But the fact is that these killings are in essence religious and take place in defense of the rule of Allah and must be seen as such. Thus we must regard Allah responsible for the continuing violence and brutality in Iran. Moharebah is essentially a religious concept. The clerical rule is based on the execution of the laws that is rooted in the sharia of Islam and the holly book of Quran. That is why due process under the Islamic government, is superfluous and meaningless procedures.

These executions are not taking place under the kings corrupted by the arrogance of power but that they are ordered by those who are representative of Allah, his prophet, and his infallible imams, that is, those who are holly and pious. The verdicts to kill are not signed by the sinister judges to make the king happy but that by the men who ostensibly devote themselves to Allah praising him with every breath. These men would never commit an act that is not approved by Allah. In the political executions God does not play a role in men killing other men to maintain power. While in the religious executions Allah plays a fundamental role, for it is his ruling and teaching in his holly book, Quran that are used to legitimize the decisions and the politics of killing.

It is Allah's ruling to kill those who oppose his prophet. Thus it is not clear who really is responsible for increasing number of executions taking place in different parts of the country especially in the Kurdish regions. Neither are the identity of judges known nor that of the interrogators. Allah strips those who are accused of Moharebeh of all of their human rights. They are deprived of the right to defend themselves. Before the Moharebs are being hanged, following the Allah's instructions, they are tortured, beaten, and broken. The executions of the Mohareb is a divine duty it is not important who signs the verdict or would actually carry out the executions for it is the Allah who have made it obligatory to take vengeance from the nonbelievers. That is why those who participate in the executions of the heroes of the nation, are not recognized as responsible. They only feel responsible to Allah, his sharia or the canonic laws, and the vali-e faghih who is a reflection of Allah and the final ruler and the arbiter. He too feels no accountable to anyone but Allah.

The brother of Farzad Kamanger, Mehrdad( one of the victims, a teacher in a small village in the west of Iran in the Kermansha area) in an interview with the radio Farda, said that the officials of judiciary had promised him that his brother would be soon freed. The lawyer of Kmanger, Khalil Bahrami, also has been heared spoken of the freedom of his client. Mehrddad further said that he heared the news of the execution of his brother from the friends who had seen it in the internet. The same thing reported to have been said about Shirin Alamholi, a 25 years old woman accused of having had relation to a separatist Kurdish group, that is, she would be freed too. It is clear that the families of these two prisoners misled to be hopeful and expect the freedom of their love ones. But the question is why deception? The fact is that deception is not something unfamiliar in Islamic literature. Allah himself have been interpreted as having been thought deception. There is a verse in Quran (7th sorah, 98), that eludes to the fact that the pagans may feel that they have escaped the wrath and the punishment of the Allah not aware that Allah would take revenge at once and suddenly, and that the pagans had false feeling of security.

It is obvious that where Allah is the ultimate ruler and arbiter, no one can be held accountable but Allah. Kmangar's brother says:

"No one is responding to us. I was in contact with the person who was in charge of my brother's file. He no longer answers his phone" (Radio Farda, 19/20/89).

As mentioned earlier, it is Allah who teaches avenge and retribution. It is true that Allah describes himself in the beginning of Quran as compassionate and merciful. This, however, applies only to the obedient and submissive subjects. Allah never forgives a moharab. For Allah knows very well that moharab is disobedient and rebellious. He says "no" and refuses to submit. It is for this reason that Allah has ordered the annihilation of the moharab in this word and would himself punishes him in the next. Allah would burn the maharab in his inferno not once but for eternity. He would gives life to the victim and takes it away again and again for ever so that he would feel the pain of dying for ever. Allah teaches atrocity and violence. Allah would never forgive unyielding dissidents and those who doubt his oneness.

The five young persons who were executed to satisfy the will of Allah, would join the heroes of the nation. They are the stars that would shine for ever in Iran's history. However, the government of Velayat must know that it is from within the Islamic faith that moharab is born and must expect the moment that Iranian people would rise to affirm the way of the heroes of the nation and would outcry that all of us are moharab.
